The company was incepted in the year 1999 with a purpose to uplift trade, contribute to national economy and ensure industrial growth of the country. Over the years Metro Steel has emerged as a thriving progressive steel enterprise due to its ability to transform itself rapidly to meet the challenges of a highly competitive global economy. Constant modernization, introduction of state-of-the-art technology and being manned by the highly efficient and dynamic team of employees, has enabled the company to stay ahead in the industry and successfully meet the expectations of all customers.

Our plant and offices are located at Kipawa Industrial Area near major distributors and vendors. The company primarily manufactures round and deformed steel bars in various sizes. The company also deals in Flat Bars, Angle Iron And R6 certified by Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS).

Right from the beginning, our goals were intertwined with the progress of our homeland; our pride resides in improving the national exchequer and uplifting industrial growth.
